Professor Pilwha Chang, the first professor of women’s studies in Korea, gave a keynote speech on“Rethinking Women Leadership.” Professor CHANG talked about feminist values and perspectives facing issues of women leadership. Another speaker, Anna-Katrina Shedeletsky, the CEO and founder of Instrumental Inc. and the founder of Women in STEM Mentorship Programs in the U.S., emphasized the importance of ‘building a network of allies, mentors and advisors’. The speech included practical advice for networking skills which many women commonly lack in practice.
