What is WoLA?
Women’s Leadership in Asia (WoLA) is a 6-week online leadership course for emerging women leaders from higher education institutions in Asia.
Initiated and developed by Ewha Institute for Leadership Development, and sponsored by Scranton Women’s Leadership Center in Korea, the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, and Wesley Zaidan in Japan, this course is designed to develop leadership potentials for women leaders in Asia, advance their academic careers, and empower them to flourish in the post-pandemic era by upholding adaptability and expanding global vision.
WoLA aims to provide an invaluable opportunity for women leaders to harness their leadership skills and forge a strong network with ambitious peers from various cultural backgrounds. WoLA graduates will be able to show their leadership and make a positive impact in their communities with confidence, visionary leadership, and mutual support.
